Valposchiavo is located in southeastern Switzerland, in the canton of Graubünden. It’s a mountain valley where nature remains untouched and life flows at a relaxed pace.

Stretching from the Bernina Pass to the Italian border, the valley offers a diverse landscape with towering alpine peaks, sunny pastures, and charming villages. Its flora ranges from alpine to Mediterranean species, and the wildlife is equally rich. The Poschiavino River winds through the valley, while the Rhaetian Railway, a UNESCO World Heritage site, meanders gracefully among the mountains.

In Valposchiavo, 95% of farmland is managed according to Bio Suisse standards. The 100% Valposchiavo initiative actively promotes the production, use, and direct consumption of local products, putting sustainability and the preservation of the valley at the forefront.
